Shipping 

In the case of multiple products under your order, the products will be shipped in parts or together depending on the vendor and the delivery duration mentioned in the product information page.

Shipping will be charged for order below Rs 5999 and will be free for orders above Rs. 5999.

Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but MiniMoi will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.

Cancellation

Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. (Check)

Return & Refund

Customers can exchange/return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns if the item has obviously been worn, washed, or soiled.

In order to return an item, please send us an email at minimoi.shp@gmail.com along with your order details and reason(s) for returning. Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, you will have to handle shipping the package to us.

In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, we will issue a Credit Note for the same value of the product . In the event that your request for exchange of a product is approved we will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.

In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again. The order package cannot be cancelled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.

If you have received a defective product, send us images at minimoi.shp@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Please do not send us defective products unless you have received confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.

Please note that gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Furthermore, gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if your purchase was returned. We will also not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
